Need help with skins

hey guys, sorry for being such a noob I just started playing. I got a question and i hope you can help me, i have mx simulator and some skins for my own, but how do I see other people with skins or at least with my skins that i already have on my computer ? on all of online Mx simulator videos, on online gaming you can see everyone with a skin ??? It kinda sucks to see only yourself with a nice skin and everyone els with the default Mx simulator skin :p. help me please.
