Template & cut out help please?

Hey, so I just bought photoshop CS6 and I got templates and I put my name and number on this KX250F and I saved it as a .PNG and in game it said "WARNING: can't load KX250F frame .JM" and about 4, 5 more warnings just like that. So I got a template with the JM files, but how to I install the JM files with the temple and how do I use the .norm or _spec files? And now my template are cut outs and how do I put those into the game or on to another template (I have a pretty good understanding how to) oh I now how to get around in photoshop, but not to well. Do I put them into a folder? I can't find any video or post about this and I can't teach my self because I'm about as sharp as a wet noodle . What do I name the files etc. So please if someone can link me to the most detailed video or most detailed post of what I'm asking for help. Please and thanks you:-) Peace pals!!!
