Norm and Spec Help

i've recently made my own gear and couldnt get it to appear in game, after doing some reading i found that renaming it to a p2sta3 gear made it work. the problem now is that i only have the one png, no norm or spec so i was wondering if anybody new where i could find the correct ones for the p2sta3 model or how to make them myself?
