Why isn't my custom working

I'm trying to make a custom skin and it doesn't show in game. I have named it with the rider_body and everything and it still wont work.

rider_body-xxxx

That part should be named ther same on all of the gear sets .jm .png

You don't need to take the last dash out. Name the files this:
rider_body-2016 Shift AssultWhite.jm
rider_body_fp-2016 Shift AssultWhite.jm
rider_body-2016 Shift AssultWhite-Axel Racing-921
rider_body-2016 Shift AssultWhite_norm.png
rider_body-2016 Shift AssultWhite_spec.png
