If you were Gala good, you wouldn't bother with my template, lol.
I cannot give a quantity on how good you will have to be. I also have to take into account your trustworthiness, so you dont leak it.

PS....ive been skinning but this is the only template i cant change the color with....it just changes the freakin background

The file you download is .7z so you'll have to extract it with program like winrar for example. The file inside is a .psd, which you'll have to open with photoshop.
