IF hes not responding thats cuz hes not on the computer playing mxs all the time i think, hes a bit lazy but if he dont respond that wont give you the rigth to use his stuff!
You need a permision to use them if you want to use them in puplic, if you make a skin for yourself i think its ok if you wont release anything of it.

bona shut up i really know gala i have his msn hes not lazy he has a wark that who dont let him time and if he's not at pc is cuz is out with his gf or at work and when he is at pc he work on skins and he cant respond to anyone u can find him saturday morning italy time
