No, I mean the "twotwo" logo on the front. Could you replace it with a shift logo in the public version?

No, the normal is what looks weird, I don't think that pants really fold like that. They look too deep and short.

Your folds are deeper then the ones I used, and you still have the oneal specific knee patch....

kawa, your life and mine would be easier if you'd look at the shading PSD and not the normal map

YOu have the angle of the blue line that goes "into" the thor logo different then the real deal. You have it more vertical and Thor has it angled toward the front of the helmet (pointed at the mouthpiece) more.

It makes a huge different in the feel of the helmet. I find these things interesting. Instead of the design "flowing" and giving a sense of motion, having that line at the wrong angle makes it feel very awkward and sloppy.

Very nice, but I think it would look cleaner if you cut down on the number of lines on the top part and made them bolder. Also, at the end of them, make them pointed as you can still see the round tip from using a round brush.
