Make sure you saved it under a .png file, not a .psd, and also make sure it's named correctly.

For Suzuki85, you must have Photoshop to run the template

It has to be named as "rider_body-ddmx-fox_oldschool_........". If it's named like that under .png in your Mx Simulator folder and if you have ddmx rider model, it must work.
