How about this forum gets a set of rules and starts to enforce them. Really, why isn't there a set of rules jlv? Problems like this topic will never work themselves out, most likely it will just migrate to a different topic.

I was kind of hoping people could behave in a civilized fashion without having things spelled out. That's obviously overestimating people so I'll make some rules.
