Whats the common polycount for track objects?
Or does that matter as much as the bike counts?

Woho! I wouldnt mind if you would make fat bars, cuz on ddmx kx250f was just crossover bars, and its gets boring.. And dont forgot to make handguards alpha.(or something like this)

Those forks would need a couple more sides I would think. You could get rid of the stem though. Think about it, it will be inside the headstock so won't be seen at all. Your scaling all seems to be a little off ('m assuming your not working from reference pictures). As in the forks look too skinny, the swing arm looks too narrow/long. Your definitely improving though. Look up some tutorials on setting up reference pictures in Blender (sorry if you are working from them, just seems off to me.)

Well the forks i change, the clamps and that i wont cause its good enough (just simply change some things on it.)
and the swing isn't that long, it seems just like you said but when i get my frame done i will get more things to real size.
I make 10 sides for the forks so its not that much of a cube.

And could you explain stem? in my world its on bikes where the handlebars join the point, so in this it would be the thing "inside" clamp's.

If you are doing a bike i recomend you to use Eskwaad Forks, they are probably the most real we could get
