Re: 2009 KX250F
OK, perfect situation for a lod model here. Just make the main model use 3 sides, so they look good up close, then have a secondary model, with the same name except with _lod# added to it, and this secondary model can use the planes.Break. wrote:Anything else? Im not arguing with you mate...but you want to cut down on tris where you can...and trust...you SHOULD make the spokes out of a single plane...firstly...when riding...you don't even see them...during the game you don't see them...from 1st person or 3rd person views...the only time you do is in your "replays"...so from a gameplay aspect they are pointless...unless your a big fan of "spokes" in general and have some sort of spoke fetish...then yeah go ahead and waste 500-700 tris on them...your models will suffer...if they don't show in engine... its the engine not the model which is letting you down...and obviously im a huge fan of the engine and love the game but your wasting valuable tris on something as unimportant as spokes...wakestyle21 wrote: Anything else?

That's Maya? First thing I saw on that last shot was Inventor, I guess they both use the same rotating tool. Makes sense since they are made by the same company haha.
