Making skins

When I make a skin it looks offset and I see the decals I put in the wrong places on the bike and part of the bike lookes like a spotted cow. I saved it as a png and did everything right. please help

you have to have the other files with it, meaning the .jm's have to be included with the bike.. you can make a folder and put all the files in it and than move it into your personal folder and see if that works.. it should
