Skins, bicks and tracks wont show up

When i download the skin or bike or track and put it in my personal folder it wont show up in the game. Can anyone help me

For skins skins and bike you brobaly dont have the model, im not sure about the tracks

Check the models fourm and download them, when I get to mug house I provIde a link. (typN on a phone)
