well we cant see what you posted.... but if I had to take a shot in the dark, it would be you need the correct model.

it has no goggles or pads and its the same with my shoei

delete the _lod.saf files of the trooper, then you are fine....you have too low settings for geometry details, that's why you don't see goggles and stuff. I'm not sure if the shoei lods are in separate file tho
