Help uploading skins

I have made a skin but i dont know how to release it to the public. Can anyone help me out?

Don't take it the wrong way, but if you don't have the knowledge to upload a file then I'm a little worried to see your skinning skills..
But www.mediafire.com, upload your skin there, make a post etc etc.

yea i am one of the best designers in the world on forza motorsports 4. i just have to get use to photoshop now. ive been playing aroumg with the skins for a week now but i have 6-7 hours on the zonda skin
