How to see if your spec norm is working?

Are they working? I know I got them working on my gear, since I can see greater detail. I honestly can't tell with the bike though.

Have a close up of the seat and it should be a dead give away.

If they're working it looks like a foam texture and if they aren't it looks like shiny plastic?

Um yeah, you should notice little bumps if its working.
The normal map also gives off a weird plastic shine.
