We all had to start some where. I'm pretty much 90% self taught when it comes to PS.
What did you struggle with?

I cannot make designs to save my life, no artistic ability lol. I have photoshop and everything

How old are you? Do you guys do Graphic design in school? They make you do it on your first year of high school in most schools in NZ. My point is they always told us to do research. Go on google and search up some graphics kits to get some ideas, the more the better. Once you got some ideas start doing something. Because you are new try something simple but clean, try not to have 100 shapes and colours. Try to keep it at three colours max, two main ones and an accent.
