Holographic Logos?

Holographic Logos?
I was just sitting here doing some bike skinning and thought for a second, would it be possible to make holographic logos like pro circuit's fender arches? If so, how can it be done? I know I've seen some graphic kits with holographic logos floating around somewhere.

why is Hunter banned? Every time I've seen an image with "Post for Hunter Poarch" above it, its always looked sick.
