Skinning help !!!!

Me and my friend have made graphics for our team. Our rider skins work fine but the bike skins work for us but we cannot see eachothers bike skins in multiplayer. Anyone know why this is ????? please help us!

you need to habe the exact same file, for exaple you cant have a png and he have folder with png it wont work, u understood? u need the super exact file
