Can somebody please help me in creating a skin. It seems like it would be an easy answer to find, but i'm a noob and have been searching the forums for half an hour with no luck. I have the template, but don't know what to do with it. Can you either give me a link to where it says how or tell me? i don't even know where to start.

do u have photoshop? if u do put the template file into ps then go for your life and don't wory bout what it looks like ur first time just keep precticin ull get it, we where all a noob at some stage.
