Boot Problem, Please Help

I am fairly new to skinning, ive done some bikes and gear but i wanted to put my name and number on Bryce#13 alias gear wich doesnt come with gloves or boots. I put gloves and boots on the psd but cant get them to show up in game. could someone try to explain what im doing wrong.
