hi guys I was wondering what is this? what does that do?

for sure here it does a lot of damage, to you and to who made it since it's a custom normal map and i didn't see it released anywhere..
anyway that's a normal map for a rider model, it works in game and tells the light how a certain area is facing, faking in this case ripples.

p.s looks like you went to mantova last week looking at your sig..or did you find that pic on the net?
