Other JRE Model?

Ok I dont know if this is a dumb question but I want the "other" Jre Model because the boots look better and I think the waist looks cool but I have no clue how to get it do I have to pay more or do I have to download something? Is there a boot model that I need to buy? I've literally been trying to find this model for a year and this is the first time I ask on the forums so if anyone can help that will be greatly appreciated.
