I'm sure if he just re-modeled the header nobody would notice that it's not the 250 motor. You guys do know the the 4-stroke motor in ddmx's KTM's are modeled directly after my 450 motor right?

What's all this "normall mapping" that everyone is talking about?... as some of you probably know i am starting skinning and would like some tips on how to make my bike(s) look more 'realistc'

Normal maps make 2d surfaces look 3d. Specular maps make surfaces look shiny, and change the reflection based on it's position from the light source (so it's like taking a piece of plastic and moving it around under a lamp, the shine changes position and strength on the plastic). Using these two maps, you don't have to add reflections and as drastic of shadows on skins anymore.
