I'd start by reading the force used by the rider joint. If it was using a huge amount of force to maintain the rider position that would be a good clue.

jlv, could the landing damping effect be included to cover bike swapping also? IRL, if the front/back end starts to swap from side to side a rider can tighten body/arms to keep the bike in control but right now it's pretty damn hard to save those in the game.

In real life, you can also let off the gas, and you'll stop swapping. Well, at least in every situation i can think of, off the top of my head.

I don't remember if letting off ingame stops from swapping though...

I sense a misconception here. Letting off the gas while swapping is almost always an automatic high side, as in game. However, slowly backing off the throttle usually allows you to come out of a swap. In game I've found the exact same thing works.

YOU MUST BE OUT YOUR DAMN MIND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you will eat shit so hard, when it doubt dont doubt.
( ive had my share of crashes and tosses from letting off when starting to swap, but ive had ALOT of saves from holding on the throttle gettin sideways.)

- Camera can move Y and X axises on free roam camera
- To get track deformation (erode) as a standard ingame. Like you can't switch it off and on like now. Just like they have in reflex.
But not as intense as reflex though, like it will be rough after 2-3 laps. But like it will get a little bit rough after a couple of laps, with ruts and lines from other guys. So when we restart online and start on the same track, we still get the same rutted track as we raced on last race. Like this keep on giong until we get a new track. Then it all reset.

Would be sweet if we could have it like that 8)

The erode isn't very good for the game and would cause some major lag online.

Kind of a question, why do the flaggers wave the yellow flag in front of you when you fall down? Are there different rules in America, because it's just weird :) And I've wondered since I started playing

Each flagger can flag up to 4 timing gates, where it looks to see if you have fallen over up to that gate. Most people (including me) would make the gate next to the flagger the first gate, so the flagger will flag that section before him. But I've never thought of that before. I'll have to do that differently from now on

Just a question, when you crash does the game point you towards the closest corner of the next timing gate? Like, you crash sometimes and it faces you towards the edge of the track, not the center. Is this true? Or am i stupid?
