I've heard conversation coming out of animal pens that is more intelligent than what is going on in here.

2011 yz125? (not photoshoped!)

Post by chuey352 »

During the third race of the Open Dutch Championships in Gemert, an eagle-eyed photographer spotted this nice looking Yamaha. Could this be a pre-production 2011 model?

After the rash of Photoshopped fakes that circulated around the Internet in the recent past, here are photos of an actual machine. As soon as we find more information about this machine, it will be posted here.

In the meantime, check out this very nice machine.

I like it. I think the style Yamaha used on the 2010 250F was a good one, and I'm glad to see the YZ is taking inspiration from it, so it doesn't look "old" anymore. Even if the bike is exactly the same underneath, which is pretty likely, it's good to see that they're changing more than just the sticker, for once.

TANK. im a ratard. you can clearly see the tank is a nicley painted hand made aluminum tank. look how black it is compared to the rest of the plastic. or atleast thats what i see.

I think Tyler is right, it does look like a metal tank and not plastic. I don't think the current styling is bad for the yz's.

plastics changed, nothing so good on it that it would be a 2011, i think the 2011 will be smaller in size of the numberplates, like husqvarnas...
cause they are getting smaller and smaller in every bike now days.
