Re: The Grandpa
Their are guys in their late 30's who play this game. JLV himself is in his mid thirties. So you aren't a grandpa

Re: The Grandpa
Hey to anyone older than me i applaud you. you know what they say the older you are there harder it is to learn.
Learning to play this game even for me was 1 slit vane short of death, and i had games all my life. For anyone much older the games just wernt there to get a base set of skills to tackle something like this.. I was a new dad when i first got this game now my sons 2 and a half and he gets right in to it."oh dear fallen over again" one of his many favorite quotes. haha

Re: The Grandpa
I completed my contest track with a newborn in the house
My daughter used to always ask about DJ's old avatar - when it was quagmire - "When is that guy going to stop talking? Why is he talking to that christmas tree?"
She also scolds me when I go offtrack "Daddy you aren't supposed to ride on the grass...."
I'm not that much older then you but there are other guys "our" age who play. We fit in fine in the game but these forums are a different story sometimes....

Re: The Grandpa
There was a guy on here by the name "xilr8bigmike" I believe that raced at one of my local tracks back in the 70s and 80s. Don't know his exact age. I also know chris465 is in his 30s. Even tho I myself am only 22 I think I speak for a large portion of the community when I say I would much rather race with the older guys on here.

Re: The Grandpa
older guys are verry good for this game, they become track marshalls and stuff cause they can handle the power of being it.
jonger kids would just abbuse those powers.

Re: The Grandpa
I definitely enjoy racing with the older riders online. They are way more chill and know when a pass has to be made! I especially like riding with JLV. He'll race clean til the final turn then take you out! Yea JLV, I still remember...

Re: The Grandpa
i like how most of the older guys have the respect and patience to make this game what it is, an awesome place to hang and enjoy many aspects of riding motocross. i enjoy riding with you "grandpas" and am glad to see the guys out there who dont cause bullcrap drama and just get with riding. hats off to you guys.
