I kinda found a way to fix that. I assume you guys baked a SE model to a Non SE.A way i found that works is bake from a High poly subdivided model to Low poly with Smooth groups.

1st is baked on a model without SG.
2nd is baked on a model with.

the problem with that though, is that you need to separate the sg faces on the uv map, as the baked normals dont flow from face to face like they do with a smooth model. Obviously, that is not a viable option with plastics. Besides, the front fender doesnt really have overly extreme angles. I really dont know what causes this particular problem

You probably could. It might be a bit touchy though. I'll have a play with it

The white circle represents the problem region. You would probably have to redraw it by hand, which might end up giving you even more problems

I've added some overlay layers to make the difference more noticeable. If I spend more time on it I think I can make it flawless.
