Be more careful with your blurring, you are missing a lot of spots.

One thing you can do is use the lasso tool to select the area you want blurred, then blur that however you were before. That way you can make sure you blur all of what you want, and not get what you don't want.

Tip: Use ''Radial Blur'' to make wheels look spinning :) ,because now they look kinda ugly dont they?
