Its called "non exsiting"

Heres some examples..

You just go to Play Back Race. Pause the clip, and press "skip" or fast forward...

Playback race, pause when you turn, when your foot is out, dont play, then skip to when your in the air.

Go to your control customizing place on your menu, then find out the button to do it. I dont know if you changed it but you will be able to find it.
