Sorry to butt in but does anybody want the psd of this?
I've had it forever and I've got no motivation to finish it right now. On another note, that helmet is looking great

what´s better:
-same shape as the model but with some distortions.
-not necesary the shape of the model but way less distortions.
wich one?
what i ment.
this is wat i have, it´s a little bit deformed to grant a better unwrapping.
good bad?
ps:
the most deformiing is apreciated in the airbox due the complexity of the shape of it.

Well, I think that if you're worried about the under parts, then there's really no point, since the skinning on them is minimal.
About the other parts, I would prefer the least distorsion possible (speaking from a skinner's point of view).

Tghen lens should be a lil darker, more reflective, because i know some of my friends have clear goggle lenses and you still cannot see there face that clear, add a lil wear to the spec map.

Mind posting the .obj for that helmet? I'll bake a normal map for the face. The face shading looks a little odd at the moment
