Okay, lemme rephrase what I said. The width of the seat is too small. It looks like it is one foot wide. The width of the number plates and shrouds look really good though.

I don't know If you want to change the plastics object any, but here's a top view of the bike. If you throw this image into Blender, you can trace it to get perfect dimensions of everything. In your second picture, it looks like the seat+shrouds+tank part needs to be scaled up on the x axis.

You can also use this picture for the handlebar bend, everything on the handlebars, the front fender, dimensions of the pegs, gas cap, barpad etc.

the model I am making i have to put it on the z axis (horizontal in game) with the x axis negative to the front of the model, and the y axis is up and down, positive being up. Hope this helps

It is. The YZ250 plastic's haven't changed in a long time.
