I need a reset! (Moderator Please help)

Alright so I got the game and when I downloaded it I saved it in the wrong place AND I entered the wrong email when I bought it so I havent got a recept.. AND now that I have it I found out my computer isnt good enough for it anyways. SO, I was wondering if I can get my email changed, delete it off my computer, and redownload it to an external hard drive so I can take it to the track. If I cant go to an external I just want to put it on my other computer.
