Had the biggest Down hill crash yesterday. Me and a few mates were riding this pretty sweet trail and we spotted a near vert hill that was probably about 150 metres long. I knew it was a bad idea from the start because it took three of us to even get my down hill bike up to the top because it was so slippery from all the rain we had. I was riding the brakes on the way down cause it was really sketchy. but because it was so slippery I was just gaining speed and I grabbed a bit too much front brake and set me over the hangers and I cartwheeled down a cliff face for like 100 metres. Have a massive concussion and a few gashes and grazes but I got super lucky. Wish I wore the Go Pro!

Re: MXS Twitter
Sick weekend. Left the house friday @ noon, sat in border lineup for an hour, then sat in Seattle rush hour traffic for 2 hrs. Got to Horn Rapids at 10:00, gates were closed so we camped outside. TOOK US 10 HOURS TO GET THERE!
Anyways, track was pretty much mint. After second practice on Saturday, we got a surprise flash rainstorm. Rained about 20mm in 15 minutes. Track was sloppy but still fun. About 2 hours later the track was mint again and 100% rail-able.
Today really pissed me off though. The track was perfect, and I only got 2 practices in before we had to leave.
Great weekend nonetheless.
