It's just a different type of dirt then you're used to. The sand here, excluding places like Southwick, doesn't develop the same way it does in EU. Here there are smaller, choppier braking bumps. There, you have your big rolling braking/accelerating bumps. Heck, you have whole tracks that are nothing but whoop sections.

I'm helping Voutare with the visuals for the track and I plan to get it done as soon as possible.
The disp has been finished since february but my work on the track got somewhat delayed by the nationals...

Just read this thread and wow, that track looks amazing.

Good to see the whole progress too, lets us lazy bastards have some idea of how much effort you guys put into tracks for this game.

Looking forward to the release :D

To be honest I started working on it right after my last post here but soon realized that I'm not too happy about most of what I had done so far.
I think I'll have to start over completely to get it right.
As you say Chris; it's a brilliant track and imo Voutares disp deserves something special for the visuals which would require quite a lot of work that I don't really have time for atm.
I'll definitely finish it at some point but it might take a while...

I have Voutare's last beta he sent out, completely untouched from when he gave it to me. I honestly had completely forgotten about this track until now. If you want to hold out on your version I think its been long enough that he wouldn't mind if I released his version.
