Re: 2013 RaceFactory Amateur Champtionship at Loretta Lynn's
Quick update with a few little things for the stream. First off, I haven't been able to talk to Wheels about signups yet, but here's what I want to do. Open signups, Lock riders into the first two classes they made it for, and then they can remove a class and signup for another one if they wish. (i.e if you made it in 125C, 250C, and 450C and would like to race 125C and 450C, you will be put into 125 and 250 but you will be able to remove your 250 signup for 450) As far as numbers go, I'm not sure what we're going to do. There will definitely be an option to pick a number on the site, I'm just not sure how it will work. Now, onto some other things.
Site Lap Procedure:
-Every moto will be given a Site Lap before their moto. Your site lap will begin at exactly the alotted time slot as shown in the race schedule (one site lap goes off every 25 minutes, and the moto will follow the conclusion of the site lap)
-Site lap is to be treated as a YELLOW FLAG lap. You may "race" it if you'd like, however it would look cool for the stream to have riders taking an actual site lap rather than a one lap race to the finish line.
-After your site lap has concluded, return to the starting gate that you were originally set in. Once all riders have completed the site lap and are in their gates, the moto will start.
-When starting the site lap, DO NOT GO WITH THE GATE ALL AT ONCE. Riders in gates 1 and 40 will go at the gate drop, and every two seconds the riders in the next two gates will go (2 and 39), and so on and so forth until riders in gates 20 and 21 (or 19 and 20, not sure) go and everyone is on the site lap. You may wait to go until riders after you go, and if the person next to you doesn't go, wait two seconds and you will be able to go.
-The site lap DOES NOT END AT THE FINISH LINE. You will go over the tunnel jump and across the start straight, and will turn right in the left hand U-turn to return to your gate.
Post-Moto procedure:
-After the moto, every rider is to exit the track to the right after where the finish line is marked.
-The winner of each moto should ride onto the podium. (I'm hoping to have a podium model with a collision so we can ride onto it)
-The top 10 of each moto should go under the series of Race Tech tents behind the podium.
-The rest of the finishers should ride past the podium and behind the start gate and go do whatever they want in the pits.
These things are just real little things that I think would make the stream look really cool and official, so let's hope to god they work out like I want them to!
Also, please don't PM me asking how to pick your number and when signups will be open. All info will be posted here, I'm not trying to hide anything and Wheels has been busy, so hopefully I'll have signups going soon. You still have more than two weeks to sign up.

How about you have a teamspeak open to interview all top 3 riders. Drag them into the channel and interview them.

Im just now looking through this and I don't know if this has been previously mentioned or not but the way the practices are grouped is messed up, there would end up being 80 people per session.
Me: "Hoffman your line choice sucks..."
Hoffman: "Bro, you act like my lines are choices!"
