I'm kinda surprised JLV hasn't done some sort of auto restart to go along with the auto kick, granted that's not in effect in 03.

Auto restart would pretty much make everyone a happy camper.

I vote for Scotty as well, dont think I've ever seen him rage and wreck everyone during a race and he wouldnt abuse his powers. Him and maybe one other person from nz/aussie and it would make our times in 03 when all you americans are asleep/at work a lot more enjoyable
