Re: Race Factory Gaming Automated Racing System

This is by far the best thing that has ever happened to MXS, thank you so much! That being said, my first race, the site never gave me a server to go to, I just jumped in 05 and ended up in the second heat, and all worked fine from there. Racing was mildly annoying, I'm a slower rider, and people don't seem to look or think about what they're doing. I got run into from behind way too many times, and then some of them get mad at me like there's something I could do about them not watching. I guess that's just what you have to deal with when you're not interested in going WFO and crashing three times a lap. Anyway, great job, really excited, and guys, if you see the #462 KTM, understand that you can't follow, he's very slow, go around.

This sounds awesome, wasn't able to participate but the idea is amazing.

One question on the rating, is it based on speed alone, or is crashes and collision's a factor? Is that even possible?

Thanks for all the hard work this is awesome.

Currently just speed and consistency. We will likely modify the equation as we go though.

Collisions and crashes are not logged currently, so we can't really take them into account.

This is something I would be interested in, not just for this but for future events too. Could also help for protests :)

I know I've given my flack with how things were run at times in the past. I appreciate what you guys do & I think you're on a great path, with some ironing out I think this system is headed in the right direction. Good job guys! :D

I don't know how popular this will be with the rest, but I'd greatly prefer just 250 and 450 classes, with the appropriate size 2 strokes allowed, rather than having 2 stroke classes as well.

I agree so you don't have to wait as long in between the races you want to do and if you want to ride a 2 stroke you still can.
