Can't see norms

Can't see norms
My friend helped me out by making my computer run better cause it was getting kinda slow and help me run graphics a little higher but since then I cant see norms. I can see the glove norm and the wrinkled jersey and pants so the norms do work but not the pant norms that are supposed to stick out. I don't know if its in my graphics card because we messed with the settings a little bit or actually the game, I'm not sure it might just be normal and I'm just thinking its not but if you can help me out it would be appreciated.

The reason you can't see that they're there is because they aren't superbly done and you're looking in the shadows.
