Just some tips
. When you're doing the rider selection, it's more versatile to do it on a layer mask rather than just deleting the rest of the background. This way if you notice any mistakes the selection made you can edit them easily, otherwise you'd have to do that process over again or you are only limited to erasing more of the rider/bike. This is useful when the rider is totally in front of a solid color or blurred background where things like jaggy edges around him can easily be seen. Also when doing your background blurring you'll get better results if you manually select (I usually use the polygonal lasso tool) the areas you know will be blurred, then use the manual blur tool (usually on a lower power, but it matters on how much you blurred the background) to make the edge blend better. Only using the manual blur tool it's easy to blur more areas more than others (that are supposed to be the same amount) and you can't be precise with it.
