Hey checkerz, what adjustments would you make to your setup going to a RM125? Your 450 one was close.

By the way, Race Tech recommends and runs pretty low preload numbers and it is really important on a real setup. I've seen setups go from horrible to amazing by just changing a preload number. Infact I saw Justin Sipes SX testing last year notice HALF a turn on his rear shock spring and go from "okay" to "Don't touch it, this is awesome".
On a 2013 RMZ450, 185 lbs rider MX setup we recommend 6mm of preload on forks, 4mm on the shock.

Yeah is there some sort of formula we can use to calculate sag from the preload ?

It probably could be reduced to a formula but it wouldn't be easy. I am adding some telemetry info which you'll be able to get the sag from.

Yeah I messed that up. I'm assuming the setups posted in here are for SX? I know the one I did was, but I'm messing around with MX after Chex released the TM-Compound...but I'm struggling. Any suggestions on changes I should make from my solid SX setup to make it friendly to outdoors?

Without bumps and the big jumps on tm compound I'd guess a SX setup would be fine besides the rollers.
