I lightly searched but didnt find anything relevant.
Im trying to do a screenshot (my first) in photoshop, Ive followed Kellen's tutorial on Youtube precisely but when I get to the part where I go Select-Color Range, it never selects my rider/bike. Ive tried other selections and not gotten anything too work. I tried another tutorial, which used this same step and again followed everything up to this point but it failed again.

Does that make a difference? I closed timeline and nothing changed.

Yeah, sorry kind of skipped around the question I suppose. Just a weird workspace, I prefer Default.
Uncheck the check box "Localized Color Clusters".

Re: Screen Shot help in Photoshop.
Change it from sampled colours to gray scale and check the invert colours box after that

Re: Screen Shot help in Photoshop.
under the small preview window there is Selection and Image choice, try image, it should work. because now you are basically wanting to to select color inside your selection, but there is nothing selected, so it seems like its not working...i'm not able to run PS right now, but from the pic this seems to be the problem

Re: Screen Shot help in Photoshop.
Actually I just got it to work. I went to Modify-Smooth, then when I went to Color Range it was as it should be. Thanks for helping though.
