is there any way to set an fps cap so i dont get as much screen tearing?

I dont think the in game one works online, so you'd have to manually do one through nvidia inspector or something. If you have an AMD card im assuming they have a similar program that can do it as well. In my experience though, for mxs, setting an fps cap causes it to look very very stuttery, like inconsistant fps between 10-30. Very weird. Fps caps normally do wonders for me in other games. Anyways, give it a go and lmk if you find any good configurations where its not all skippy

Turning on vsync in your graphics card control panel will stop screen tearing

Vsync as mentioned has helped me through quite a few years. I think lowering your settings to produce more fps would be another way to go too.

Whatever you do dont use vsync, it causes mad input lag and in games its crucial to have the best reaction time possible, especially in mxs.
