Hey i got photoshop but for theses guys who dont have photoshop maybe a ingame skin maker or someting?

Not sure he talks about mods specifically. Other games do support "ingame painting". Trackmania Nations Forever is an example. You can't do too advanced stuff with it, but it works. Any other Car game, Forza, Need for speed, supports this. But I can imagine it being a hell to program, quite a waste of time too.

All of the models except for the stock are mods. It wouldn't work IMO
