There isn't much to debate over. You were on a provisional license and were aware of it.

You landed, aimed inside the bales, on the gas to make contact.

While also reviewing the demo (a 2nd time per your request) I watched your entire race. Upwards of 4 times you cut the turn after the whoops. Most the time per crashes and mistakes, and you did wait a bit a couple of times, but one time in particular you rode completely backwards on the track to cut it, nearly took out Kyle Robb (who was lapping you) and continued on your merry way (12:50 into the demo if you'd like to watch). In addition to the protest filed, this is not acceptable by a rider with a pro license at all, especially a provisional. I don't intend to extend your penalty, as I know losing your pro license is plenty harsh, but I am 100% on board with the rest of the team that it is warranted. Too many times we've given guys 4th and 5th chances at keeping their license only to have to warn/penalize/ban/remove it eventually anyways.

Chex is wrong. Dennis was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Provisional that wasn't well earned.

Landed, on the gas IN FIRST, then hit the brakes, and was making the corner no problem until we clipped bars

I "cut the whoops" because i got sketchy, and slowed down, as not to gain time, one time even slowing down to let the guy bye, as you said, i dont see how that prevented if its by crashes and mistakes. That should be taken as riding safe, instead of circling around back onto the track. 12:50, was totally fine, i didnt hit anyone or get in anyones way, i handled that instead of turning around the whole other way, we shouldnt be basing this off something i "nearly" did, because it didnt happen. This isnt a 4th or 5th chance because as ive been protested a lot as people dont like me very few have resulted in any penalty. Ive won a pro overall i dont think removing my pro license is in any way shape or form even remotely a possibility, i would think a DQ, fucking take my 3 points i dont care but a suspension and ban from 450 for SX, this is utterly ridiculous. I dont understand how you all have such jaded views and i get such a harsh penalty for ONE BLOCK PASS, and he gets nothing for being a complete and utter jackass. Not to mention the LIES not only in dennis Report, but in Peters own verdict. fucking bullshit. block pass = ban from 450 and a round suspension.

You made a leader STOP in the middle of a whoop section by riding backwards... The rule clearly states to turn around the direction of the track and then resume racing. Remember Hunter Root at Lakewood? You chose to ride backwards and cut the track versus following the rules.

Your history earned that provisional license.

End of my discussion of this. I have a track to finish getting ready for release that is a better use of my time.

Rules are rules, the organization has ruled on these penalties and that ruling is final.

This is only from outdoors last year and only a sampling, after SX protests as well, and explains why your license became provisional...

Seems to me like awood just got a hair sketch going over the double triple and was already committed to going into the corner at the angle before dennis passed him. He merely clipped a hay bale, touched bars with dennis and continued on. I could see a ban if awood was getting lapped, but come on. Shit like this happens to me every race, im not in here protesting anyone. Rubbing is racing, people need to quit crying. I'm not even friends with awood, I'm just tired of biased bans. I don't see stewart banned form that move he pulled last weekend causing marvin the race

Had he landed not on the gas because he was getting in the bales, I would agree, but he landed and stayed aimed through the bales straight at Dennis on the gas.

And if it were "biased" it would've went the other way. I have nothing but love for AWood. I even gave him his avatar you know.

Checkerz pointed out other infractions of AWood's. All of that from a rider with a provisional license and you can't expect for the rider to not get a hefty penalty. I agree that the Dennis incident seemed pretty innocent, but with everything else that Chris pointed out, from a rider with a provisional license, I'd say the loss of a pro license was 100% fair, and a suspension just runs hand in hand with infractions such as these

awood do you play in 1st or 3rd person? and I see what you're saying, but from the gif it just seems like a normal block pass to me. And nobody asked for your opinion mom.
