There isn't much to debate over. You were on a provisional license and were aware of it.AWood wrote:It would be nice to get an official response from rF so I know my penalty isn't just bias view from Peter and whatever he says goes, when there are clearly lies in the verdict and statement by Dennis. A professional reasonable response would be nice to hear and converse, can be done publicly or privately I don't care as long as I get to actually have a day and discussion over this matter rather than a blind, clearly, decision by Peter. @wheels @chris
You landed, aimed inside the bales, on the gas to make contact.

While also reviewing the demo (a 2nd time per your request) I watched your entire race. Upwards of 4 times you cut the turn after the whoops. Most the time per crashes and mistakes, and you did wait a bit a couple of times, but one time in particular you rode completely backwards on the track to cut it, nearly took out Kyle Robb (who was lapping you) and continued on your merry way (12:50 into the demo if you'd like to watch). In addition to the protest filed, this is not acceptable by a rider with a pro license at all, especially a provisional. I don't intend to extend your penalty, as I know losing your pro license is plenty harsh, but I am 100% on board with the rest of the team that it is warranted. Too many times we've given guys 4th and 5th chances at keeping their license only to have to warn/penalize/ban/remove it eventually anyways.
