just saying, you guys posting the rules here just proved to us that he got some type of special treatment. he had a major violation and it says 1 round suspension. so if you guys arent going to go by the rules dont have them there. just shows people that now if they do it they should get away with it but when they get a ban itll be complete bullshit cause the other guy didnt when he did it.

yeah, posted that earlier also. i don't think i'd be wrong in saying there was 2 or 3 major violations that fitted in with their actions. Hate to see it, but gotta set a precedent if rules are rules

Just stop bitching. They handled their last series really good last summer, this is why I'm staying up until 3am before this one starts. I'm sure that the guys being penalized will be penalized much harsher next time. As the admins seem to vote for the penalty, I'd consider it fair. For y'all out there. Picking "friends" and giving them less penalties would in this case been that they would have tried to explain one of them away as a mistake. Be happy that they take the time to review things. It takes a shit tonne of time.

Once again, he did not receive special treatment. If anything, it was a misjudgment on the admin team's part. He went through the same process as everyone else does, it's discussed and then a vote is put up of different penalty options. The warning won, although not unanimously, so that's what he got. We have looked over protests of several people we either know, have talked to, or are friends with just like other racing organizations do and we have handled it appropriately. But, we aren't going to make the correct call 100% of the time regardless of who's being protested. And we have to learn from incorrect calls and move on.

Basically, it's fine saying we made the wrong call I understand everyone's points and frustration. (Especially the MotoStar team) But the part where you're trying to say he got special treatment is what is putting my panties in a wad, because he did not receive any.

In any case, at this point you need to decide whether that decision is going to drive you away from attending our races. If not, we'll see you on Wednesday.

I dont care what you guys do. Im just worried about me and if my A.D.D pill wears off mid race cuz im in the back and decide to go rogue that the admins are ok with that? Since they are ok with them other 2 doing it then it should be just fine? Plan on this happening again and again. Especially if its on a track that lappers come into play. Walmart is right tho, you guys do a great job so ill be back. Hope this weeks track is better although i had tons of fun on that ice rink during the race. Thanks again DM.

I expect to be able to cut the track to take someone out if i feel like it and I should only be warned and continue my race. Not bitching or saying how to run your series. Just making sure ill get the same treatment cuz i wont lie i want to do it too sometimes im just not a dick so i dont. But now that i know its ok maybe ill take advantage of it.

Cant wait for my oppurtunity to do that. Shit i might just start doing it to help phil win. Even if im not a lapper. Should be more acceptable if i do it on the lead lap so i guess track cuts for days to take out anyone in front of me. Good luck everyone

guess ill just have to tip toe around your rules and make it look like an accident. Shouldnt have to worry tho since ppl were blatanly obvious about it and got away with it. But since its not "fair is fair" over here i guess ill just have to shake my bars a cpl times quick before impact so it looks like an accident.

If you plan on stooping down to their level it's probably in your best interest to not verbally state these things (four times) prior to an event. You might think you're proving a point here, but don't expect the same treatment when you're blatantly stating you're going to do those things.

As a few have already said, please stop bitching and move on, it's getting slightly ridiculous at this point. I'm sure the admins have read these comments and will do what's best if these events occur again.
