Quick question. As long as I have played this game, i should know this. How does gate picking work in races? I know how to pick my gate, but when do i pick it? Example: I qualify 3rd, do i wait until 1st and 2nd picks theirs then I can pick mine? Or can I pick any gate at anytime regardless of my qualified position?

I believe it's priority based. So if you qualify 3rd, you'll have 3rd priority. If you choose gate 7, but one of the guys ahead of you also chooses gate 7, you get phased out
