Membership system // Only for RF ?

Basic question there,
RF got now a membership system that look interesting for trackmakers and hosters like EMF or us, MXS-Concept. Is there any chance to use it, is the work in process, is it only for the RF ?

Another thing I didn't understand, will the AMA 2016 tracks be free after the series and so released from the membership system ?

As of now that i know the membership system is only being used in the Rf. The tracks will be free released a month after the series
