I'm making a website and i've got a background but when i put it in it make me have to scroll but i want it to auto fit into the screen so you dont have to scroll, can anybody fix me up with a code or link me because i forgot how to do it.

You need to change your body tag to something like this:

<body style="background-image: url(background.png)">

Yeh i go there just that was set a an image not background, its all sweet now

Heres just the coming soon page, ill get to the real website this weekend. and yes its just plain but i didnt want to steal some cool background.

No no no, there is no joy of doing a web page from scratch, im doing it in school now and its a pain in the ass

I'll enjoy it when I don't have to do 2 seperate css sheets for IE and everything else. I hate adding those IE hacks.

Now i've gotta upload it too the server, what dose the server need, just the .html or the whole foder? and how do i send it too him do i use dreamweaver or simular program?
