I really hope you make another fun custom sand track. I forget the name but the one from a year or so ago we betad forever is still one of the best. Nothing more fun than shredding sand and finding smooth lines in sim

Getting some more stuff made for Ocean Avenue.
This still needs a lot more work but basics are there to get the track layout figured out. Start is outside the stadium, SX track inside the stadium but the track exits it and crosses the road down onto the beach for some sand rollers and then back up and into the stadium again. Think it'll be cool.
